Lea Randebrock is a product designer based in Berlin. Her designs challenge the perception of function, material, and shape. With her projects, she is aiming to rethink how products are designed and used in the context of sustainability. Through her work, she investigates current and possible ways of consumption and manufacture.
She grew up in Germany and then proceeded to study furniture design in Finland at the Lahti Institute of Design. After graduating, she worked in furniture and product design, before she pursued her Master’s studies. In London, she studies in the Design Products course at the Royal College of Art, from where she graduated in 2020. In 2022 she was awarded another Master’s Degree from Aalto University in International Design Business Management, focussing on sustainability in her studies.
