The fusion vases are made from the glass waste which is generated during the manufacturing process at London Glassblowing. Taking the unused potential of the waste material, the designer and the craftsman developed a way to give the glass a new lifecycle, by transforming the discarded glass shards into "new" vases. The shape and colour of the vases allow the use of offcuts while taking potential impurities as an aesthetic advantage. The organic shape is combined with colourful glass shards, which make each of the products unique, while providing consistency in shape.
The vases were developed in collaboration with the retailer Heal’s and the Craftsman Layne Rowe and can be purchased in the Heal's online store
